Bonus lagi!
I got email last Tuesday that stated the weekly winner is me. I was surprised as I though my other 2 workmates will won it as I felt that I couldn't do more than them.

I won a voucher for food and beverage in ECQ, it is a bar in Quay Grand. A five-stars boutique hotels that located very close to Opera House. A unique bar where you can see the Harbour Bridge while drinking.

I asked Zsa2 and Budi to come together to have a drink in there. After all, they never been there before. I have been in ECQ before and tried their famous Haven cocktail for free as my new workmate paid for it. Jadi dateng gag Ko? Zsa?

Blog This Picture IV
This is the 4th time.

I was visiting my former workmate in Mt. Druitt. She was the senior in my previous workplace and always protected and help me around. She wanted me to come over and have a catch up. So, last Saturday I went to her house. It took 1.5 hours by train to get there and around 20 minutes waiting for train to came up.

As she is from Tonga (a small island country, close to Fiji), se always come to workplace with her unique lunch. I always joked about her lunch. She would put cassava (singkong), sweet potato (ubi manis) and even banana together with fish or her other meals. I joked that I would never eat at her place as she said to me that her husband and her kids has to eat her cooking or not at all. Her husband is an Australian.

What made me laugh is when I arrived I found a sign on her kitchen:

What I cook, you eat

Lucky that she only cook a Spanish dish that day. A garlic prawn. No cassava nor sweet potato in my sight, what a life saver!

Garlic Prawn spices: crushed garlic (a lots), chillies, olive oil (a small cup) and a big chunck of butter (no prawn yet).

She put everything inside that small iron bowl (Spanish people do use that iron bowl) and the put these on stove. She said that some Spanish restaurants do put these in the oven, however she wanted to do it quickly by just use stove. She put some big prawn inside after the butter melted.

We ate the final product (above photo) by dipping the sliced crusty bread inside the olive oil and enjoy it with the crushed garlic + chllies and prawn.

The other day, I was in the shopping centre and decided to eat a Japanese pancake that was sold in the mall. There are lots of choices, however the fruit slices were sliced very thinly. The pancake that I ate was mango pancake with green tea ice cream. The white thing is the cream, that said made from whipped white egg with cream, no butter at all.

Blog This Picture III
Ngelanjutin bikin blog entry pake foto-foto archives.

Pas masuk supermarket, Coles, I saw the vine-ripened cherry tomatoes. I bought one and brought it home. These tomatoes really so sweet and so beautiful. Bisa dimakan mentah-mentah dan manisnya jauh lebih manis dibanding cherry tomatoes dan tomat gede yang dah merah-merah.

I love to eat this vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, freshly!

I always passing the Sydney Harbour Bridge everyday when I'm going to work. I always see the beautiful Harbour View and it always bring smile to me.

It was a bit cloudy day in the winter morning, and there was this a very big ship passing the Harbour Bridge, I reached for my mobile camera and these are the results from inside train's window:

If you click at the last picture and make it bigger, you will see the "No Smoking" written on the thing like a big building on the ship. Probably it is a war ship full of ammunition?

Ecstasy
I have a friend who was recently tried ecstasy. I was surprised when he told me, because as far I have known, he is a guy who always live to the fullest and clean guy (not a smoker, doesn't like medicines and he always maintain his fresh clean face and style). He is like a kid from next door.

After his first use of the ecstasy, he told me that he learned and asked experienced people who are using it regularly before decided to try it. He asked his friend to find a high quality one and look after him when he was on drug.

Afterward, he told me his experience. Ecstasy does work but it will need around 1 hour to reach the 'high'.

At this point, the user will feel a very high energy coming and feel so high and happy then started to shake the feet to release the coming and coming abundant of energy. This is when he started feel like to dance.

He also told me that when he feel high, he can think, yes, think very clear and feel so creative with many ideas and he could remember everything that was happening around. I guess maybe that why many talented people (singer, painter, actor and actress, etc) who feel that there is no more ideas or feel that when they get bollocks, they turned to drugs like ecstasy (when they feel so much despair).

Then after some hours on high, like other drug when it wear out, the users will feel so down, suddenly they will feel so empty and there is a very strong emotion which make them feel in a bigger despair that they never feel before.

This stage is the dangerous stage where usually feeling like not wanted, suicide or so low from anyone will be so great. I guess this is why some users can not overcome this down feeling and choose to eat ecstasy again to get the high feeling.

Some users did dead because they didn't want to feel the 'down time', they wanted the 'high feeling' more and more while forgetting that they would eventually overdose and kill themselves.

As my friend already been told to think only happiness and ignore the down feeling, he tried hard to keep himself happy during this period. Hours after using the ecstasy? He said that he feel so sick for around 2-3 days. He got headache and aching everywhere in parts of his body.

Why did I wrote this? Because I can NOT understand why did Israeli doctors want to use ecstasy to treat trauma victims. Isn't it dangerous when these patients get the period of "down time"? Will it not make them feeling even more suicidal? I definitely disagree with these doctors after I heard my friend's experience on ecstasy.

  • Israeli team testing ecstasy on trauma victims
  • Doctors believe it will both calm and stimulate
  • It could help hundreds of affected troops
AN Israeli medical team has started tests using the drug ecstasy as a treatment for conflict-linked post-traumatic disorders, according to reports in the Maariv daily.

Doctors at the Beer-Yakov psychiatric hospital south of Tel Aviv are testing the response of Israeli post-traumatic disorder patients to MDMA, the active ingredient in the drug.

Rakefet Rodriguez, Sergio Marchiveski and Marina Kaufchicz, who are leading the experimental programme, are convinced that psychotheraphy is crucial in curing patients and that ecstasy can help them to recover.

The doctors believe the drug has both calming and stimulating effects that can help patients not only overcome trauma but also dominate it, Maariv said.

Almost 500 reserve troops suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder following the 34-day war that pitted Israeli troops against Lebanon's Hezbollah Shiite militia in July and August 2006, the paper said.

Ecstasy, which is illegal in most countries, is one of the world's most commonly used narcotics.

Birds
It's been a bit too long since I posted photos that was taken by me from my last entries.

So? They are here again!!!

My friend was wandering to a pet shop in Birkenhead and I was going straight to the bird cages. Not that I love birds, but I was looking for cat and could not find any cat in there that day, so I was wandering around the birds cage.

This one is called Australian Cockatoo in Indonesia, but in here? I forgot to write the birds' name.

I love this colour, seem a bit teal or blue-green colour, a colour that you may never seen in Indonesia.

These birds' colour is actually greener than this photo, it is really a bold and deep green.

These are unique yellow-orange birds.

See that one on the right side? It is so beautifully four layered colour and seem it was drawn perfectly and there is no even a line of wrong colour out of the line

Closure
It's been a long time, however I just want to write a thing that keep bugging my mind.

How come when I ask the one up there for a closure or to defend me, He does nothing?

What I want is just a truth, a truth that will open both of my superiors' eyes that I'm not lying nor did I pressured the girl.

The girl was lying to my superiors twice and tried to get me to say something when no one around many times, but I said nothing. She seem angry, but I tried not to notice it or even notice her anymore.

What I want is, the one who is up there help me, defend me or get a closure about this problem. I don't like being deceived like this. He done nothing and soon, the girl will gone and left the big problem inside. I really need a closure and someone like a lawyer to defend me, can He become a lawyer and defend me?

The time is clicking and so far there is nothing been done. Maybe I'm wrong to turned to God to help me? Where is the path? I'm getting lost of hope in here, don't know if He really notice it.
